In your research you would have uncovered fraud perpetrated by one of the directors in a company. Discuss how the fraud breaches director’s responsibilities from a fiduciary, financial and discretionary point of view. What do you think the Enron disaster means for the concepts of CSR and ESG, and for the stakeholder and shareholder models of governance?
